Hi, I’m Anuradha.

I’m a Performance-Oriented Training Consultant and the Founder of Edamend Solutions.

I help growing businesses design structured onboarding and training systems that improve how their teams actually perform at work - not just what they know.

My focus is simple: help employees ramp up faster, adopt systems more effectively, and perform with confidence in their roles.

Over the course of my career, I’ve supported learning initiatives used by both global organizations and growing companies navigating rapid change and expansion.

Through Edamend Solutions, I help businesses move from informal, inconsistent knowledge sharing to structured onboarding and training systems that support scalable growth.

Why Training Often Falls Short in Growing Teams

As teams grow, the way employees learn often remains informal.

New hires rely on colleagues for answers. Processes are explained verbally. Critical knowledge stays in the heads of experienced employees.

This may work in the early stages - but as the team scales, it leads to inconsistency, delays, and repeated mistakes.

Without structured onboarding and training programs, teams often experience:

Longer ramp-up time for new hires

Inconsistent ways of completing the same work

Repeated mistakes and rework

Over-reliance on a few experienced team members

Training can solve these challenges — but only when it is designed to support real on-the-job performance.

My Approach to Training Design

My approach focuses on designing training that connects directly to how people perform in their roles. Instead of starting with content, I begin by understanding:

Checklist with three items and a person's icon on a clipboard.

What employees need to do to succeed in their roles

A briefcase icon with a gear and clock, indicating business or time management.

The systems, tools, and processes they must use

Target with an arrow hitting the bullseye and the number 3 in a circle

The business goals the training needs to support

From there, I design structured training systems that help employees move from learning to performance as efficiently as possible.

This often includes onboarding programs, role-based learning paths, and practical training resources that support day-to-day work.

Here are a few examples of how this comes to life:

Video-Based Learning

Structured learning systems that support operational performance

I build learning solutions using tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and other modern learning platforms to create scalable training systems for growing teams.

What I Believe About Training

Training should do more than transfer information.

Its purpose is to help people perform effectively in their roles.

When training is aligned with real job tasks, clear processes, and meaningful business goals, it can significantly improve team performance and reduce operational friction.

That’s the kind of training I aim to design for every organization I work with.

Let’s Work Together

If your team is growing and you’re looking to build structured onboarding and training that supports real performance, I’d love to connect.
